In accordance with the Detailed Impact Analysis (DIA) & Environmental Standards and Guidelines Document for Ontario Waterways, Soncin teamed up with an environmental consultant to prepare a site-specific Environmental Management Plan (SSEMP). This document formed the practical guidelines that were applied to the field to ensure environmental compliance. The document defined high/low risk work, established monitoring and mitigation measures to ensure turbidity (NTU)& PH levels did not exceed their limits and defined roles and responsibilities.
